Popcorn is always a nice snack. Add butter, it’s every better. Add caramel and nuts and you have a great Cracker Jack like snack. Add a surprise and you have Cracker Jacks! While there is no surprise in this recipe, it’s still a really nice homemade caramel popcorn recipe. What is great about this recipe is no corn syrup!
