I’m not a coffee drinker but when i saw this dalgona coffee, I thought, that looks too good not to at least try. Then I found a matcha version. The recipes are so simple. It’s too easy not to do, and the enjoyability factor afterwards it so great.
Covid-19 and social distancing has given people a lot more time. It seems with all this extra time people are doing more baking, myself included. It has given me more time to try recipes I have always to try. The crumpet being one of them. This was my first attempt at a crumpet. It needs a lot of work but it was a very educational start.
